  • Creation of Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) by site & Target Market.
  • Distribution & communication of stock transfer (ST) schedules to site managers & warehouse team leaders.
  • Communication of ST priorities to warehouse/logistics management.
  • Confirm the status of STOs & take appropriate actions when required.
  • Liaise with supply chain management team to confirm raw material & packaging availability to meet distribution requirements.
  • Prioritise STO requirement when available production capacities are exceeded & in turn highlighting to the business.
  • Identify, correct &/or communicate to key stake holders if key item master data / planning parameters are incorrect or absent in SAP.
  • To monitor, analyse & communicate stock out and low stock priorities to the wider Supply Chain and Operations teams.
  • To report & maintain statistical data pertaining to planning and distribution activities.
  • To identify issues impacting on workflow, engage with key stake holders to review, problem solve & implement actions to enhance distribution planning activities to ensure customer DIFOT expectations are met.
  • To provide a weekly STO work order report to site managers & warehouse team leaders.
  • Seek Logistics Manager’s approval for all urgent STO requirements.
  • Any other tasks and responsibilities that may arise due to business demands that falls within the scope of this role.

  • Planning knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data for planning purposes.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in ERP systems
  • Preferable but not essential APICS or similar professional certification
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational and relationship building skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with an administrative background
