For our Global Supply Team in Mannheim Germany we have an opportunity to start an exciting Traineeship. As part of your growth and learning, you will be actively engaged in supply chain projects and implementation of innovative tools and solutions, driving the supply chain optimization at Sika

The program is planned for 16 months on 100% employment basis. Our desired start is in Summer 2024. 

Exciting Challenges

  • The Traineeship Program focuses on Supply Chain Process Optimization, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Performance Management, Digitalization & Knowledge Management
  • The chance to experience cross-functional rotations in key department such as Procurement,   Operations, IT and Business Intelligence
  • The core Trainee Program is followed by a 3-month period abroad

Your expertise - Our strength

We Need Your Skills

  • Higher education (Bachelor or Master) degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, Data Science or related fields
  • Conceptual knowledge of Supply Chain Management
  • Analytical skills and high affinity to data analysis and visualization
  • Process driven and continuous improvement mindset
  • Capable of independent collaboration with other functions and divisions
  • High proactiveness, flexibility and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English. German is a plus
  • Readiness to travel
