  • Leadership of the warehouse team to drive warehouse performance
  • Coordination of warehousing resources to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently & effectively
  • Liaising with the Customer Service team to ensure prioritisation of outbound order picking
  • Ensure the warehouse environment is always maintained in a clean & orderly manner
  • To ensure that all warehousing equipment is always maintained in safe working order
  • Ensure item picking is done on a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) basis
  • Liaise with purchasing & distribution planners to ensure proper planning and allocation of resources to manage inbound goods receipts.
  • To insure the timely processing of all warehouse related documentation.
  • Ensure quarantine materials are isolated promptly and support in coordinating the resolution process
  • Ensure cycle counts are completed as per operating requirements with any stock discrepancies properly investigated & actioned timeously

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience within warehouse supervision.
  • Proven conflict resolution skills and people management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • People management skills
  • Good organisation and coordination skills
  • Certificate IV in Transport & Logistics or equivalent
  • A current Forklift Licence.
  • Strong communication skills and sound relationship building skills.
  • Be proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to operate within on-going job improvement.
